Small, but-NOT-the Smallest Number Game

Roll-up, roll-up, and take part in the latest, greatest craze! That's right, it's the Small, but-NOT-the Smallest Number Game!

SBNTSNG is a Jackbox-style party game for at least three people, where you win by being not the biggest loser! Using a web browser, a host starts a lobby with a room card, and then players connect to the lobby using their own browsers or devices.

Over three rounds, each player secret chooses a MyStErIoUs number, between 1 and 100, and you earn points for choosing the smallest number. BUT NOT THE SMALLEST NUMBER! Oh no, friends, that would be too simple. The player with the second smallest number, the penultimate smallest number, the one that's small, but not the smallest, earns the precious point for that round.

Choose too large? No points. Choose too small? No points. What number will you pick? Will you go high? Will you go low? What are your friends choosing? Can you tell from their faces? STAAAAARE at their faces. SQUIIIINT at their faces. REEEEAD their minds. FAKE THEM OUT.

It's a game of bluffing, bravery, boldness, lies, and a little luck. Actually, probably just luck.

At the end of three rounds, the player with the most points is declared the winner.

If it's a tie? Well that's not dealt with elegantly because this was coded in a few hours. 🤷‍♂️
